Corfinity provides an interactive Wellness Portal for your colleagues to take the next step in owning their wellness journey. It enables you to tailor your wellness approach through an individual health risk assessment to identify areas of chronic disease management (diabetes, heart health or weight management) along with mental health, with tools tailored to each participants needs. In addition, allows organizations to create incentives with their users through challenges and tracking mechanisms where users can easily track progress toward achieving great incentives on the app or portal. Taking technology, a step further also allows for individuals to schedule 1:1 health and behavioral coaching through telehealth sessions within the app or portal.

Biometric data provides participants with valuable insight into their potential health risks. ​

​CORFINITY provides numerous options to collect this data such as onsite biometric screenings, lab vouchers, physician results forms, and at-home test kit results. Through these options the CORFINITY team can collect data to analyze the overall health of the community, and tailor specific programs around individual's risks such as tobacco cessation, diabetes management, weight management, physical activity, and stress management.

We provide personal reports to users through the Wellness Portal, as well as providing aggregated baseline reporting to identify risk reduction opportunities year-over-year. 
Through CORFINITY's data and reporting dashboard capabilities, you will have real-time access to meaningful reporting throughout the year, reports can be customized to provide data by age, gender, job classification, and more, in order to provide the data analytics necessary for continued program enhancement year-over-year.
